According to our internal inspection conducted on 11 June 2026, progress stands at 33.36%. The Real Estate Regulatory Agency reports progress of 22.93%, based on their inspection conducted on 26 March 2026. Progress at Beach Residences has been steady, with superstructure works advancing alongside internal finishing activities. MEP installations and infrastructure developments continue in tandem to support the overall project timeline. In the upcoming months, efforts will concentrate on completing superstructure construction, internal and external finishes, MEP systems, and infrastructure work across the development.

According to our internal inspection conducted on 11 June 2026, progress stands at 55.85%. The Real Estate Regulatory Agency reports progress of 36.34%, based on their inspection conducted on 26 March 2026. Construction is steadily progressing, with significant advancements in both internal and external finishes across the development. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations are also underway, complemented by infrastructure work supporting the broader community. In the coming quarter, work will continue across various aspects of the project, including superstructure development, internal and external finishing, MEP installations, and infrastructure upgrades, as we move towards key upcoming milestones.
