These terms apply to your use of cuberealtymena.com (the "website"), operated by Cube Realty Real Estate L.L.C ("Cube Realty", "we", "us"), a real estate brokerage registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) in Dubai, ORN 54613. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Our role

Cube Realty is a licensed real estate broker. We market properties built and sold by developers and other sellers, and we advise buyers. We are not the developer of the projects shown on the website. Any purchase is made under a contract between you and the developer or seller. If you engage us to act for you, that engagement is governed by a separate agreement.

2. Information on the website

Project information, including prices, availability, payment plans, handover dates, floor plans, specifications and images, is based on information published or supplied by developers on the date shown. It is provided for general information, may change without notice, and does not form an offer or part of any contract. 3. Enquiries

When you send us an enquiry, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are entitled to give it. You agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the website in a way that breaks any law or regulation;
• copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the website by automated means without our written permission;

The website links to websites run by others, such as developers and social networks. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. Availability
