Construction progress
According to our internal inspection conducted on June 11, 2026, the project’s progress is at 18.37%. The Real Estate Regulatory Agency reports a slightly lower progress of 18.28%, based on their inspection on April 2, 2026. We are pleased to provide you with the latest update on this landmark waterfront development. Since our previous update, significant progress has been made in several key areas. The superstructure continues to rise, with ongoing construction of the tower. Interior finishing works have commenced on completed levels. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations are advancing according to schedule. Additionally, façade works have begun, marking an important milestone as the building’s exterior begins to take shape. In the upcoming quarter, superstructure work will extend to higher levels, alongside continued finishing, MEP, and façade installations throughout the development.
