In the upcoming quarter, efforts will focus on completing internal finishing works while also advancing external finishes and infrastructure across the development.

The Real Estate Regulatory Agency reports progress of 31.24% based on an inspection conducted on 17 April 2026. Since our last report, superstructure work has advanced throughout the development, with more villas taking shape. Concurrently, internal finishing is progressing steadily, bringing the villas closer to completion. In the coming quarter, construction efforts will focus on completing both internal and external finishes across the community as we approach key project milestones.
