By accessing or using our websites, mobile application, Facebook Business integrations, or related digital services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

1. Purpose of Service

  • Managing inquiries

We operate in compliance with UAE laws and Meta (Facebook) policies.

2. Compliance with Facebook/Meta Platform Policies

As a user of our Services, you agree to comply with:

Lead data collected through Facebook Ads or Business Tools is used solely for:

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Data will not be sold
  • Data will not be shared outside Cube Realty without proper authorization
  • Data usage will always comply with Meta policies and UAE data regulations

4. Account Responsibility

Where access or tokens are issued, you agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Restrict access to authorized team members
  • Notify us immediately of suspected breaches

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse, policy violations, or security risks are identified.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable integrations and systems.
However, we cannot guarantee that our Services will:

  • Operate continuously without errors
  • Be compatible with future Meta API updates
  • Be unaffected by external systems or policy changes

We are not liable for interruptions arising from Meta API updates, outages, compliance reviews, or service removal.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cube Realty is not responsible for:

  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Data interruptions or API restrictions imposed by Meta
  • Errors arising from third-party platforms
  • Reliance decisions made based on data insights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed any amount paid (if applicable) for the Services rendered.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Your continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to our Services if:
